Some hotels will have tastings with a couple in their restaurant, but those aren’t the same chefs who will be preparing your banquet. Here, what you see – and taste – is exactly what you will experience on the ‘Big Day.’ No surprises.”

 

 

 

The Stunning Setting

The Mansion’s ballrooms are a gorgeous place to dance the night away during the reception, but there’s also no need to head anywhere else for the ceremony.

“We have recently spruced up our gardens, and they are absolutely gorgeous,” Sonday says. “They’re the perfect outdoor ceremony space. We also have an indoor pavilion that acts as the backup for every ceremony in case of inclement weather. Actually, most brides prefer the pavilion. It’s a gorgeous, climate-controlled space.”

After an on-site ceremony, many couples choose to host their guests at a cocktail hour on the patio or in one of the ballrooms’ attached spaces. And three banquet rooms have unique pre-function spaces for lavish cocktail hours with views of the gazebo gardens or patios.

For larger groups, the Windsor and Versailles rooms comfortably seat 200 and 400 or more guests, respectively. For more intimate parties, The Mansion also boasts impeccably appointed spaces, like the Vanderbilt, Crystal, Rosecliff and Tiffany rooms.
