Today, social media has become one of the most hated advancements in our lives. But also one of the most loved, which doesn’t make a whole lot of sense. So we are left to figure out how to manage social media every minute of every day. How to let in the good, keep out the bad, and take some time to look up from our screens. It is such a difficult thing to do that even the platform you’re using will suggest you take a break. When that happens, there’s a really good chance you keep scrolling, even though you’re not sure why and you wish you would stop. You might say that’s when social media takes over.
