The Alice Paul Institute is celebrating notable women’s rights activist Alice Paul’s birthday with a film screening and discussion at the nonprofit’s annual Birthday Bash.

Stop by Moorestown Friends School to watch the new documentary Equal Means Equal, an exploration of the continued fight for the Equal Rights Amendment. The film will be followed by a discussion with Linda Wharton, professor of political science from Stockton University.

The event runs from 2 to 4 pm, and tickets cost $10. The Institute is also offering a ticket and book package, which includes admission and a copy of the book Equal Means Equal for $25.
