When a dolphin found itself stranded at Inlet Beach in North Wildwood, a number of beachgoers, including Councilman Joe Rullo, sprung into action. After Nancy Rullo and another woman tried guiding the dolphin back into the ocean to no avail, the group called the North Wildwood Fire Department who carried the animal past the waves to safety.
