Wildwoods International Kite Festival

The largest kite festival in North America is right here on the coast of South Jersey. From May 26 to 29, you can see kites of all shapes and sizes at Wildwoods International Kite Festival – there’s even an illuminated kite event on Friday night. The free weekend is packed with stunts, workshops and competitions at the Wildwoods Convention Center and kicks off at noon with the “Unlocking of the Ocean” ceremony on Friday. Blueberry Festival

Whitesbog Village invites families to celebrate the blueberry at its 34th Annual Blueberry Festival. The nearly 170-year-old farm has been growing the berry since the beginning of the 20th century and uses the weekend to celebrate it with crafters, artists and food vendors.
